Eugene Chatman (Chapman)?

Bessie moved to Chicago, Illinois in the early 1970's where she met the very handsome Eugene Chatman.  A fellow Mississippian.  Eugene Chatman was born on July 3, 1946 in Leland Mississippi.  Eugene is the son of Andrew Chapman and Mattie Brown.  Eugene is the brother of John, James, Thomas, Robert, Ernestine, Jesse, and Ruby Chapman.

Eugene Chatman is my father.

Bessie Marie Logan

Bessie Marie Logan was born on February 8, 1947 in Starkville, Mississippi.  She is the daughter of Jesse Logan and Willie Mae Gandy and sister to Luster, Dora, Junior, John T, Lois, Shirley, Barbara, Walter, and Wanda.  She is the mother of James Logan, Fred Minor, Denise Lawrence, and Felicia Minor.

Bessie Marie Logan is my beautiful mother.
